Moment of Clairification

Pepper. Stuffed.

I stuffed a huge yellow pepper to the top with grilled chicken, red peppers, corn, cheese and rice. Then I baked it. Then I covered it with sour cream and cilantro sauce.

It was a filling dinner for two, and although my Russian dinner mate informed me this is a Russian dish, it is actually — labeled in many ways — a staple of a number of cultures.

This, I understand why (yum).
