Mmmmm. Cake.

Taken from the phone camera, this is a good example of what happen’s when I’m put in charge of the birthday cake. And any excuse to make a birthday cake is a good one. Here we have butterscotch spice and orange pineapple layers with apricot and whipped cream filling — cream cheese icing, butterscotch morsels and fresh flowers on the outside.
